Porsche Carrera GT
Well, it's been sometime since I wrote in here. Almost forgot I had a blog running. It has also been sometime since I built anything. This car below is officially my first model of 2009. You may not be familiar with the shape but it's a Porsche Carrera GT. A friend of mine simply adores the car. She was with me when I got the model. She thinks i got it and am building it just to spite her. Little does she know that when it's done, I'm giving it to her. I'm not particularly a fan of white, I find it a very challenging colour to paint. But since she likes it, why not. Just put some extra effort into it. Below you'll see that the two main sub assemblies are done. Just need to put the gloss coat onto the body, put it together and i'm done.
