The Bird Park '09

it's been 12 days since my fight with gravity. my knee's much better now. still stiff if i sit too long or when i get up from bed. but i'm going nuts at home. did a few creative things but i needed to get out sooooooooo badly. so on friday, i went to get my 'kop comes to asia' tickets from the lfc shop at the telok ayer cc, hong lim park. i went with agnes. as usual, the camera came along too. after which we ventured to boat quay for a drink as i was dying for one and a late lunch. stopped at the penny black. she had steak cubes w/ blue cheese sauce and i had a filet mignon sandwich. we shared a sausage platter. she had a corona and me, a kilkenny. didn't stay long as i was meeting lawrence at century to watch terminator. AWESOME show. takes you back to a time before arnie's t800 was put into production. but i dont want to spoil it for those who have yet to watch it.
